Oversee the selection, assembly, and development of an effective project team, including the assignment of team members to project tasks.
Assist in the selection of the best methodological tool (time, budget, etc.) for a specific project and provide guidance to team members in implementing this tool.
Assist in the design and implementation of a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and the project schedule produced by project management tools.
Develop, establish, and analyze project schedules based on the WBS and develop schedule reports to assist project managers in managing deliverables.
Develop project analysis, status, and budget estimates based on the WBS with special emphasis on the change control process and its impact on project cost and schedule milestones.
Manage programs and/or projects using best practices in project management to ensure that they meet their scope, timelines, and budgets with quality (expressed through customer satisfaction) and with the appropriate use of resources within the uncertain environment surrounding the projects.
