- GOMEZ PROJECT AND TRAINING will offer one-on-one mentoring/coaching services and process Quality Assurance reviews. Depending on the specific requirement, GOMEZ PROJECT AND TRAINING will mentor and coach project team members regarding methodology and process, throughout the project life cycle.
- GOMEZ PROJECT AND TRAINING mentoring services will normally be used to address solutions to specific project problems regarding methodology. For example, we will offer assistance in selecting the “right” methodology and process tools for the purpose of creating and implementing the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and the associated schedule used in the project development effort.
- Using a Post-Project Review process, GOMEZ PROJECT AND TRAINING will enhance companies’ project team’s efforts at self-improvement by facilitating “Lessons Learned” sessions that ensure future project alignment with “best practices” methodology.
