PROJECT MANAGEMENT COACHING
GOMEZ PROJECT AND TRAINING will provide capable personnel and innovative solutions on short or long term in project assignments to:
Supervise the selection assembly and development of an effective Project team, including the assignment of team members to the project’s tasks
- Assist in the selection of the best methodological tool (time, budget, etc.) for a specific project and provide a guide for team members in the implementation of these tools.
- Assist in the design and implementation of a WBS and the project schedule produced by these management tools.
- Develop, establish and analyze the project’s Schedule based on the WBS and develop schedule reports to assist the project managements with its deliverables.
- GOMEZ PROJECT AND TRAINING’s consultants can develop analysis, project state and project budget estimates based on the WBS giving special attention to the change control process and its impact in the project cost and the schedule’s milestones.
- GOMEZ PROJECT AND TRAINING’s Project managers can handle whole projects and/or their schedules. Using the “Best Practice” principles and project management method, they can help ensure the project meets the time, budget and quality standards (expressed through customer satisfaction).
